A couple of weeks ago I mentioned that I had been dumpster diving and found two nice picture frames, with not so nice pictures in.
I was looking at the smaller frame earlier and decided to see if I could get the back completely off which would allow me to put in a new picture.
Well 40 minutes and a billion staples later I finally managed to pry the back cover off, the process may have been a bit faster if I had been able to find some proper pliers to remove the staples, instead I was struggling with some round nose jewellery pliers, which were not the easiest thing to use.
Once I got the back off the frame I took out the picture and covered in baby blue white polker dot scrapbook paper using lots of double sided tape to hold the paper in place. It needed three pieces of 12″x12″ paper to cover the picture, and they fit perfectly.
Next I ma going to choose some pictures and embellishments to stick onto the back gorund, so I am making a big picture collage.
